Former Employee Shiny on the outside but most on the inside aren’t happy and success is entirely dependent on territory. A good manager can make your time there tolerable but unfortunately a lot of management will cover for themselves and not put reps first which leads to extremely high turnover. Customers don’t seem to be put first and are growing frustrated with how they’re treated.
