Current Employee In the enterprise space, the quotas are high, customers have shelfware and you’re managing complex renewals and you don’t get paid unless there is growth. You do all this work to maintain the account but SF only comps you if there is growth. They really should pay on AOV not ACV because it drives the wrong behavior and ignores how hard it is to keep clients from attrition
