The team was solid and I learned a ton about selling complex solutions, but honestly the comp was pretty rough compared to what other companies were paying. They pushed this whole "Ohana" family vibe really hard, which felt a bit forced - especially when they kept hitting us with these wild 30% growth targets that nobody could realistically hit. Like, you can't just keep throwing "family culture" at people and expect them to be cool with below-market pay and impossible quotas. Still, I managed to crush my numbers and picked up some great skills along the way, so I guess it wasn't all bad.

Most are hitting with base renewal and small upsells. Very minimal large transformations, which is concerning.

toxic work environment - gaslight you on the terminology "do more with less" everyone here is in fear of being laid off. No clear direction nor room for growth. be prepared to be micro managed and constantly compared to your team members. given a small patch with accounts that have already attrited and expected to grow accounts that have been sold to death.
