A formerly great business now in decline. They have passed their optimum scale and revenue ambitions are too high meaning too many reps, on too small territories chasing too-big targets.

Salesforce is losing the plot. None of their AI works. Lying and deceiving customers into buying products that don't work is the norm. The commission structure is about 6% per deal in smb. Those so called “ankle-biters” are taking off full legs
