Current Employee Good- depends a lot on the patch of accounts you get as the company expect you to get a lot of quick win deals that depends on how the account is consuming, growing, and automatically lead to conversation to make a deal.
If you don't have these accounts, you need to rely on prospects, and it's not compatible with Salesforce rythm, to let you time to work on an account for 6/8 Months and not hitting your quota immediately.
Almost no tools available for prospection, forget about what Salesforce is selling to make Sales organisations more agile, equiped. You send your emails manually, no analytics, tracker, no sequences. Really hard to get the information you need to do your work. You rely on the team members to help you. Either they do, you can do your job, either you don't, and you are going to struggle.
