Current Employee 3 T’s matter more than you can imagine.
I’ve seen great AEs flounder and okay AEs crush it.
TMT attainment is ~30% and most people aren’t leaving accounts that even have a potential opportunity and new accounts are almost no where to be found.
You can be successful here and make $400K+ but you need to stick around for 3-4 years.
