Current Employee The people are what make SFDC an amazing place to work. There is a lot of red tape around process but is manageable. The training is not great, it feels like people from marketing/pmm created it, not front line sellers. Hopefully your manager is good on the phone, if not it is worth investing in personal sales training. Sky is the limit at a place like SF if you can survive. When coming into this role start fast and gain trust from the AEs and it will be a fast 14 months. Come ready to work.
