In the SMB sector accounts are diluted across reps, minimal opportunity to sell across client base, very difficult quota to hit, success is greatly dependent upon the existing customer accounts you get. If you get a bad patch, buckle up for a tough year ahead and hope for a new patch in Feb. Heavy micromanagement
