Good salaries and compensation. Too many leadership and management changes. Products are always going in new directions with convoluted marketing and messaging. Way too much emphasis on diversity and inclusion up to and including promoting and hiring solely based upon race, gender and ethnicity versus performance based

Salesforce is a big company going through an uncertain time, it's a pressure cooker at the moment. Overall not a bad logo to have on your resume, but success is incredibly account/territory dependent.
