Incredible work life balance, rather patient but not a ton of support to get up to speed, it's sink or swim. Expectations change rapidly. However the company treats employees really well.

This job was pretty awful. No one gets promoted to AE. Took our two rep 28 months to finally get promoted. When you do get promoted your salary goes up 5k. Really crazy that a company this big with such a great reputation has gone so far down hill.

Avoid HLS vertical at all costs. Onboarding and training was terrible.

Overall great experience. Lead flow could be better but it is the overall market environment at the moment as companies try to cut costs. Compensation is fair but not much room for overachievement or high kickers.
