Great macro culture, poor micro culture. I was very excited about working here and still think anyone who gets a chance to work at Salesforce should be excited, this is not an easy place to get into to. Unfortunately, my experience within my team environment was toxic and unacceptable. That being said, I do think my experience was "one off" and does not take away from how cool this company actually is. Grateful for what I've learned during my tenure with SFDC.

Be cautious on which vertical segment and leader you work for.

Feast or famine, there are too many reps at the organization to have consistent success across the board so ensuring you land on a team where you have enough accounts to be successful or stay in seat long enough while other people either quit or get fired so you have overcarve territory to have a decent chance at success
