Really positive experience! Management is top tier, and those who work hard are rewarded and will exceed. Its not an easy job, but if you want to put in the effort the resources for success are abundant and accessible.

I realize im getting paid far below market value. The % we get paid per deal is very low for the market and if you dont hit 80% to your quarter, you don't even get your base %. Come here for 2 years to add to your resume, but don't stay longer.

Culture sucks. It’s George Orwell double speak, everyone “loves being part of the culture and part of the Ohana family” when you speak in the office but story is completely different when you have a real conversation with pretty much anyone at The Drift (the local bar next door to the Tower.)
