Pros: very strong incentive comp plan with tons of opportunities to make commission. Incredibly talented peers who are willing to collaborate and help. Abundant resources. Direct access to C-Suite. Cons: Horrendous culture and low base salary

My experience here at Salesforce has been one where I've sacrificed more of the top end potential at other companies to have job security, a lot of lateral and upward movement potential, and fair compensation.
