Former Employee Pros: good benefits, good pay, cool products, and, if you go to an office, they have amazing perks. Most jobs are remote or hybrid
Cons: stack rank employees. Sales support teams are half or a third of the size needed to effectively do their job so there is a lot of turnover and burn out. Little to no transparency around promotions, rankings, raises, and salary. Disparity among pay-you can have two people on the same team with the same experience who do the same job, with similar start dates, with very different salaries
