Salesforce is a great company to work for. SMB is extremely fast paced and expectations to sell many transactions and participate are high, despite growing and stiff competition. In office expectations are high along with attending events after hours. Leadership wants everyone to win. Opportunities to learn and grow as a sales rep are not always prioritized due to the fast pace in SMB.

Overall experience has been very positive. One of the leaders in the industry for a reason. Base compensation and outbound marketing to bring inbound leads could improve the experience.

It's fine. I work on the Slack side of things and tough to tell what the future holds. A lot of mgmt doesn't understand the product.
