Former Employee Great pay but culture is horrible especially for POC. The favouritism towards white people is so blatant that I watched 5 people of color leave our team, including myself. The SMB manager was awful, switched accounts around throughout the year to cater to her favourite white people and ensure they were always performing with an influx of leads. I made really good money here but the culture was awful
