One of the best software sales education best practices you could ask for, from the process of understanding pain to working deal through close. Notoriously low base salary, with very strong uncapped OTE. That said, as growth has slowed, and layoffs have occured, company culture has soured immensely. Managers spend less time coaching & mentoring, and instead reporting numbers to leadership.
