Former Employee Salesforce used to be a trailblazer in the tech world—innovative, customer-focused, and genuinely transformative. It set the standard for cloud-based CRM and inspired trust through its forward-thinking culture. But somewhere along the way, that vision got lost. Today, it feels bloated, overly complex, and more focused on acquisitions and shareholder value than on delivering real user benefits. Support is slower, pricing is higher, and the product feels less intuitive. What was once a dynamic and agile company now seems stuck in corporate inertia.
