An amazing sales culture for most of the time I was there. Generally most managers were competent and supportive. Quotas were achievable and the product was well know. Towards the end of my tenure (2022) it was getting increasingly difficult to hit quota and management had changed. Post RIF I have heard things are again moving in the right direction.

Experience is good. They pay external hires like 20K more OTE, good snacks and culture as well as a good product marketig fit.
