My experience was very positive of Salesforce. Market leading products even though some getting a bit old now. Acqusitions of some top SaaS companies like Slack & Tableau but some slight neglect on Commerce and Marketing. Great people and culture.

In the enterprise space, the quotas are high, customers have shelfware and you’re managing complex renewals and you don’t get paid unless there is growth. You do all this work to maintain the account but SF only comps you if there is growth.
