My experience at this sales organization has been one of both challenge and growth. One of the most notable changes since the last cycle is the increase in the number of team members hitting quota, which rose to 50%. This improvement reflects a stronger alignment in strategy, better onboarding/training practices, and a more focused approach to pipeline development.

What's it like to sell?
