Overall it is a really good company but hitting your target is an exception. On the other hand Salesforce offers great Promotion Contests where you can earn double commission in a certain quarter.

As soon as you realize your base compensation does not reflect one of the company value (equality) even in the same internal career level and chatting with someone who works in the same team, same years of experiences, it hits you so strong that you start to understand some internal movements like promotions and assignment priorities. Absolute horrendous, not recommended at all. As a BDR you don't learn anything. The Sales training, containing only power point presentations, are a JOKE. There is nothing but stress, stress and more stress.
