Great product market fit overall. Main issues were with low pay and lack of dynamic quotas. Every rep had the same exact quota, which was unfair for reps with underperforming territories. Also management was goaled based on monthly growth while reps were paid on their attainment. Kinda backwards. Still had a great experience working there though.

My overall experience has been overwhelmingly positive. While SFDC is a large company, it's reminiscent of working in a smaller one regarding quick answers, resources, and support.
