Great so far! Very generous pay and bonuses and friendly culture, lots of socials. Some concerns about the product being absolutely best of breed but it’s still an incredible product.

Salesforce is an amazing company, but the sales org is being restructured and has not found its flow. It's also a massive company so unless you are in senior leadership, your voice is not heard. Culture is toxic, stressful and the quota is completely unobtainable because of the over saturated and small territories sales reps are given. Additionally, since 2023 they are now enforcing you to be in the office 3-4 days a week from 8:30-5pm. This is not conducive for employees that have children and need to pick them up/drop them off.
