Salesforce is an amazing company, but the sales org is being restructured and has not found its flow. It's also a massive company so unless you are in senior leadership, your voice is not heard. Training was about two weeks long and was far too short, and no real trainings happened afterward. To be successful, you will need to take on all of the accountability and find resources to make it on your own, the company is not going to care if you do or not.

My overall experience was that it was must be able to thrive in ambiguity, and work hard, but surrounded by great leadership and high quality colleagues. Good pay if the territory & timing align. Supported by best-in-breed marketing collateral. A lot of training provided.
