Former Employee Toxic, incompetent, lacklustre leadership that is more chosen for looks or female gender than for actual competence or promise for leadership. Literally sprinkle diversity around where it can be publicly displayed but show zero leadership when and where it counts. The product is in decline and its legacy modernisation is desperately needed but tragically forgotten in favour of hyping AI. Salesforce barely works for itself, its partners and customers don’t always truly get what they paid for.
