We’ve had big layoffs of top talent this year. Existing team members are pressured to perform and the workload is heavy. Quotas have tripled making bonuses and commissions difficult. Hopefully this will ease if the economy improves.

I enjoyed Salesforce overall. I was less than impressed with leadership and the way they lead sales teams. Wasn't super transparent and supportive. Expect a lot (which is fine) but also have unrealistic expectations with little to no support.

Overall experience good. Be aware of the sales managers, narcissists and toxic traits included. Need to have a thick skin to survive here.
