Former Employee4.3Mar 20, 2025I was there for 3 years. promotion is hard if you don't have a good patch or a good manager, which I did not. The sales teams are very cliquey with former SDR's turned BDR's talking to each other behind closed doors

Current Employee3.4Jun 19, 2024Overall amazing experience, however, the sales territories are over carved. Compensation base you can’t beat. But you end up an account manager For lack of customer success teams. You can have a whale of a year every few years. Few reps have recurring years like that, some do, most don’t. All in if you put in the work you will reap the benefits and have big years.
