Innovative products and market leader. Pretty good incentives but terrible culture with micromanagement. Every rep is completely stressed out and unhappy.

Pros: very strong incentive comp plan with tons of opportunities to make commission. Incredibly talented peers who are willing to collaborate and help. Abundant resources. Direct access to C-Suite. Cons: Horrendous culture and low base salary

I really like my team, and my manager. Product can be still competitive, brand is huge but the pricing many times can kill the deal at the end, even though we have great process with building value. A lot depends on the region, and your teritorry.
