Current Employee My overall experience in GRB is substandard at best. I was misinformed when hired about being able to log overtime as a part of my base salary. The company has removed all spiffs and sales incentives, and micromanagement is at an all time high. I was so proud to work here when I got the offer, and thought I had made it when it came to tech, but I was sadly mistaken. Hoping that the culture bounces back after the layoffs as I think the potential to be great is still there.
