Great pay but culture is horrible especially for POC. The favouritism towards white people is so blatant that I watched 5 people of color leave our team, including myself. The SMB manager was awful, switched accounts around throughout the year to cater to her favourite white people and ensure they were always performing with an influx of leads. Salesforce is an extremely competitive and hard place to work. People are let go monthly, even if you are making quota. Expectations are high, stress is high, and change is a constant.
