They let in some dreadful leaders and their only use is to spread their own personal misery. Dublin is now just an SMB hub so it's good for early career but get out after that if you're looking to work with bigger businesses.

Former Employee3.0Nov 27, 2023Experience was fine. Small fish, big company. Success depends on book of business as SMB is challenging. Lot of discounting and very aggressive sales practices. Can make really good money if you get put into the right situation.
