Current Employee3.9May 10, 2024Good place to be in what feels like fairly turbulent times as a sales rep. No threats. No firing people left and right after a bad month or quarter. Leadership seems pretty understanding and try’s to motivate and keep the team positive. Lots of spiffs. Smart people and good ecosystem. Office culture is great if you’re into being in an office. 3 days mandatory

However there is definitely more AEs than meaty accounts to go around so ensure you get a higher base salary to cover for the variable commission you won't be getting much of
