I loved working at Salesforce prior to the last 8 months. The culture significantly shifted after activist investor pursuits and aggressive layoffs. This is why I made the move to Adobe.

I learned a lot selling at Salesforce, great methodology and resources. Very mature. Great benefits. Sales operations is a big bureaucracy, DEI initiatives got overwhelming, leadership very political (inside and outside). Loved my teammates. Quotas were heavy and getting heavier, few reps met 100%. Good base but incentive not so much.

Fantastic organisation to work for. It is performance based but supportive of everyone succeeding and doing well. Quality of talent here is generally high and there are some great experienced Sales leaders
