I loved working at Salesforce prior to the last 8 months. The culture significantly shifted after activist investor pursuits and aggressive layoffs. This is why I made the move to Adobe.

Leadership is cut throat and borderline unprofessional. Lots of old school fear based leadership. The positive is you have lots of resources and brand recognition. Pay is average…definitely lots of politics…
