Salesforce in the bdr role can feel like a trap. Your success is highly dependent on your Ae’s, manager, and if you play the game. Quota is high and acv closing is out of your hands but it counts against you. I have learned a lot but with the Ae’s I’ve been given I would probably eventually get fired or be a bdr for 2-3 years.
