We are not given any inbound leads. We have a set account list and you are stuck with it for a year regardless of if the accounts are evaluating. All inbound leads go to a separate team. New Logo team is the worst place to be because Named Accounts also have New Logo. So New Logo gets absolutely nothing.

Most people have no shot at hitting quota and the territory breakdowns are highly uneven. It causes a ton of unhappiness and cultural issues.
