There’s been a recent team reshuffle, and the new group is still finding its footing. Most reps are struggling to ramp up, and quota attainment across the team is currently very low.

Salesforce culture, product fit, and general opportunity for success is awesome. The AEs have more resources than one could ask for (all most too many to where it can get confusing) but there really isn’t a reason an AE shouldn’t hit quota in the SMB space.
