Pay is very good but there is extreme pressure and many decisions being made by people extremely removed from front line sales. You are very much just a number and territory is everything.

Depending on your vertical in the BDR org, some teams are basically Hollywood. It’s not about how much money you bring in — it’s about being visible at every extracurricular while hitting quota.
