Current Employee Salesforce used to be a great place to work, where you felt valued and where you were compensated for your efforts. It used to have a strong culture that rewarded top performers. That drastically changed in 2023 after the layoffs. The culture is dead. The trust is gone. Even if you perform, you have a lingering feeling like you might get laid off the following year anyways.
