My experience has been that the market does not have an appetite for a large heavy salesforce implementation in higher ed. Institutions are having to defend investment in Salesforce and our leadership, especially product, is extremely out of touch. The sales cycle is much longer, even for small deals. Leaders apply the same pressure for a 5K deal as as the 500K.

Overall experience was good, a lot of what they highlight though to attract talent is surface level marketing that starts to fall apart in practice. Layoffs were not very “Ohana”.
