Sales operations is a big bureaucracy, DEI initiatives got overwhelming, leadership very political (inside and outside). Loved my teammates. Quotas were heavy and getting heavier, few reps met 100%. Good base but incentive not so much.

Current Employee3.6Sep 6, 2024MicroManaging culture. Have seen people get through on PIPs in less than 9 months. Not all territories are made the same but have the same quota despite the territory. Mostly luck. When you prospect, customer's know the price and process and arent willing to engage in an evaluation because they've been hit up so many times. Customer's are attriting.
