Former Employee I worked throughout the sales org, i went from BDR to AE to BDR Manager to Sales Manager. Every step I learned a huge amount of skills and behaviours that led to my success. In more recent years both internal changes and market factors have impacted the focus of the business away from people and towards profit. This has had a massive impact on the company its culture and a desire to work within the business. Unfortunately it is turning into the companies we saod we would never become. But still it is a great company!
