Current Employee Zero career advancement for anything below mid market. Way too many false promises and the RTO is completely toxic. Great culture and overall good benefits but not what it used to be unless you can grind through brutal networking demands even as a consistent top performer. They hire external with nearly 0 expectations and low ball you to take lesser roles to get those filled. Insane turn over but overall great sales company until 2023
