Former Employee Overall this is a very competitive place to work. You are not guaranteed to go to club just because you hit 100% in attainment. Metrics are everything, the company is run by dashboards stack ranking you against your peers. That said, the products are amazing, brand recognition will help you sell to any company. Growth mindset means top tier training and career/sales development. You will work with the best people in Sales, hands down.
