Salesforce is not what it used to be. Still a fantastic company to work for. But it's currently going through a very tough time (Employees are not happy). After being at Salesforce for a while, you'll have developed skills and knowledge that is worth an incredible amount of money outside of Salesforce, and other companies can see it and will pay for it. The score I've given is only reflective of what's happening with Salesforce today. I'm sure in a couple years, it'll be an amazing place to be again. But given how big the company is now, there are some people that got in that have inflated egos and some that just don't have the right skills. Salesforce used to be a place with only the best of the best, but it's changed where I'll say only 3 in 10 people are truly a high performer.

Salesforce has certain things that are excellent. Office (Chicago) is beautiful, MM/Commercial roles are fairly flexible about in office days. Benefits (paternity leave in particular, 6 months regardless of gender) are fantastic. The culture on a micro (team) level is usually great. Above that, second line leadership is out of touch.
