Current Employee Salesforce has certain things that are excellent. Office (Chicago) is beautiful, MM/Commercial roles are fairly flexible about in office days. Benefits (paternity leave in particular, 6 months regardless of gender) are fantastic.
The culture on a micro (team) level is usually great. Above that, second line leadership is out of touch. The culture of faking pipeline and deals all the way to the top for “coverage” even when they aren’t real is the norm. Very performative in general. Upper leadership wants to pretend they are a growth company versus an industry leader, and have not adjusted to that.
Massive discrepancies between territories that are not addressed. Pay it also lower than competitors. Internal promotions are small and capped, so you are incentivized to leave and come back versus rewarded for loyalty.
