I loved working here for my first 2 years but in the last 18 months the culture has slowly changed for the worst. Great leaders have been replaced by yes men obsessed with boxticking, the strategy is completely scattergun and now there is an atmosphere of fear. Teams i the main are underachieving and theres a toxic environment of celebrating "deals" which everyone knows are luck, impacts further on poor morale. Feels like people are being pushed towards the door in this unsustainable environment

Working at Salesforce is a real trade off - it’s a very high functioning sales machine that raises your skills and provides an opportunity to earn highly. However, this is in the backdrop of high toxicity and low ethics. I’m pleased I had the experience but pleased that I left
