Current Employee Good overall experience, inspiring leaders. Flexible work environnement and quite good work life balance (for a sales role). Quota attainment depends on a big part on the role and territory. Lot of internal politics and bureaucracy, but the organisation clearly invests in its salespeople development and offers ways to grow. Best in class extended sales teams (product specialist, solution engineers, architects), creating transformative projects for customers. Employees are overall proud and enthusiastic to work for this company,
which makes it more motivating.
