Salesforce is a great place to work, and it has high expectations that come with the brand, market presence, growth, and offerings. Quotas are attainable but not a given - customers often have complex history and technical considerations, upsells and expansions are hard fought and almost always competitive competes. I've personally had great experiences with leadership, but YMMV.

Great organisation to work for. Be wary in recruitment processes as virtually impossible to get promoted into Account Executive positions given new GTM strategy.
